I have been using the "High Def" 640x480 video settings as described elsewhere in the forums for several months now. I just tried out 3.2 between two machines which have it and the video quality was, well, horrible.
At least it was much worse, it was blocky, fuzzy, pixelated, definately not clear like it used to be. The frame rate was higher though. There still was a considerable lag on the video, but that has always been there because one of the machines is a bit slower.

Could you add some controls where "HD" is a switchable option while in the call? Not everyone I call has the latest CPU and it would be nice to be able to switch between the modes.
