I want to know more about the features of Skype,can we seach news by it?If the answer is"yes", I need the c#code for searching news,thank you very much!

The feature like "garden news",I mean that:when you send a message to "garden news",there will be some choices of many kinds of news in the messageform,you can access the news you want by send the certain number.

You would need to write a "chat bot" application to do this. I guess it would 'listen' for chat messages, then it would search the internet for data, then it would reply to the chat?
