I saw this in the 3.1 beta, and again in the 3.2 beta. I have supplied a picture to show the issue... I'm not quite sure how to explain it, but I think the glitch occurs when I have something highlighted and then decide to hibernate my laptop (this might not be true...). It shows shadow impressions that resemble mouse-over functions from skype. Note that I didn't have this problem with the 3.1 full version, nor did I have a problem with 3.0 or any previous non-beta versions (the only betas I've used were 3.1 and 3.2).

I'm sure someone knows what's up, so I'd also like to know what causes this if someone knows.
Thanks

Are you sure that they are Skype related?
I'm unable to reproduce.

I'm not entirely sure if it is resulting from Skype, but I noticed it during the last beta test, and this current beta. Anyway, if anyone knows what it is let me know. I'm not running many other programs but I am running remote access... so maybe this is the error. I'll look into in more closely next time.

I get it a lot. Minor issue but annoying. The "ghost" remains when skype is shut down and can only be removed by a reboot.

Can you give us some exact steps how to reproduce it?
Also please upgrade your video card drivers and direct X.

OK
I have been able to reproduce it.
At the log in screen, type your name and password, and keep your mouse over a any contact while it's loading. When your contact list loads up, it may display your friend's information in a mouse over menu. However, skype still seems to be loading, so I noticed that from time to time it will show the mouse over menu, then it will disappear and come back again, then fade away normally. When it 'dissappears' there seems to be some background loading, and an impression is made. I was able to do it a number of times, and this is the best example I can give.

I'm not sure if Skype has been updating automatically, but I have noticed a change. I still get screen glitches, but when I close skype, they go away. I see progress, so its nice to see a way to get rid of them.
