1) When someone call me or start a chat the system hangs up for some time ( I even can't move my mouse ) then the sound plays and every thing comes back to normal. This bug appears randomly even when I'm in the middle of the chat.

2) If you can make minimized chat windows to blink on a new message this will be great because I don't want to wear my headphones all the time and even when I hear the sound I have to scroll trough all my minimized chat windows to see in witch I have a new massage.

3) When I resize my chat window and "hide the users" with the blue arrow Skype doesn't save the changes and on next boot the same story appears.

I thing you are paying too much attention to skype for windows.
What are we (Mac OS X and Linux users) second hand people ?
