hello

i'm just new user of voicemail service so i wanted to try it out.
But i found, that it's not working all the time. I was sending voicemails from account (no1) where that service is switched on to account(no2) without it and in other way too.

let's say that for 40 tries (20 in each direction,)
there was 5-6 successful "calls" to my account [from account no2]
and only 1 call from my account [to account no2]

if anyone is interested to check it, please try it. You can leave me voicemail at kkasprowiak but dont be rude then i try to resend you something aswell.

well, there isn't so many options and i checked all of them before posting my 1st msg.

i really don't know what can be wrong. It seems that skype sends all the voicemails, but not all of them are received on the other side.
can that option have something to do with internet connection ?

Best thing to do is to submit a support ticket with all possible details of your account to the correct department. It is more effective if Skype will test it.

Note that a reply can take 4 working days.
