I'm working on a localized Ubuntu based Linux distribution and chose to include Skype pre-installed as the main voip and chat application. I have two questions for which I would be grateful if I could get the answer from tech staff so I can proceed with my project.

- Is it possible to set Greek language as the default language and how is it possible?
- When starting the system and no Internet connection in available, Skype crashes. It is loaded normally when opening by double clicking it's icon, even if still Internet connection is not available.
