Hi chesskiller. It sounds like you have an /etc/asound.conf or ~/.asoundrc file hanging around from an ALSA version previous to 1.0.11. Simply delete this file (unless you put something in there specifically yourself) and you should be right.
Hi Andypoo !
There is not /etc/asound.conf nor ~/.asoundrc, my working alsa-configuration file is /usr/share/alsa/alsa.conf - i've attach it, so you can see it if something wrong, i have no changed it after last upgrade(think it's original 1.0.11), and there is not alsa.conf.old nor alsa.conf.new files. There is no problems with another sound applications started with kdesu (even can many aplycations from different users play simultaneously), only with skype this problem. When i start 2 xservers in the same time - one for user "jack" and one for user "jordan", no mather from jordan's kosole do "kdesu -t -u jack skype", or from jack's konsole do "kdesu -t -u jordan skype" - problem is the same in any case. But from jordan to jordan - no problem, and from jack to jack - no problem. I thought there is relation with kde, but if start only xserver, without any desktop with command "xinit" - problem in this konsole is the same - so the problem is not kde.
But if i set DISPLAY=:1.0 from jordan's konsole(jordan's xserver listen on port 6000, and jack's on 6001), and start "./skype" from jordan's konsole, skype gui apears on jack's xserver, and there is no any problem with the sound. Problem with kdesu there is
