I've got a Cingular 8525 and all is well with Skype, except that when I use SkypeOut, calls cut out generally around the 2 minute mark. The device turns off and cuts cut. Then when I turn on the device again, the call shows that it is still active but it is not. Does this have something to do with my power saving settings? I've got 2.2.0.20 Beta version, which says that it fixed a bug with cutting out on the earlier Beta version.

NOTE: I adjusted the power settings to not turn off automatically after 2 minutes of inactivity and it now works fine. It's just a hassle to keep turning this setting off and on when using skype. For some reason the phone registers that using skype is not activity. Is there a potential fix to this problem?

Skype should prevent the computer from turning off.. as far as I know. I never had that sort of problem but I always have to turn the keylock on when I'm talking to someone. IMO there are more problems with Windows Mobile than there are with Skype for Windows Mobile. I'd have to say skype for windows mobile rivals MSN mobile by a long shot. Even if I install multi-language support on my mobile device (which I did), I still can't use it with MSN (which its pointless), and it works with skype (which says a lot).
