I am looking for a freelancer to co-develop a plugin for the Skype application to "do more" with Skype. This is a paid position and my only requirements are that the developer:
1) have a working understanding of English
2) have a working understanding of the Skype API
3) be highly motivated to develop exciting, new plugins for the Skype application
4) be willing to get paid based on milestone completion
