Symptom:

Work's fine previous. last date which this option still available : 18 Feb 2007

Problem:

a. When talked to friends (both with webcam), "start my video" NOT available anymore.
b. Call Videoecho123, my webcam works fine
c. go Option-->Video (beta), 'Start my video automatically' when i'm in call check box, checked.
d. Click 'Test Webcam', my webcam works perfect !
e. webcam works fine in Yahoo Messenger and MSN
f. Downloaded latest webcam driver and Driect X

Now, i can't use webcam in Skype anymore.

If anyone here, having the same problem please drop a note here so we can escalate this issues to Skpe support personnel.

Meanwhile, if anyone here, do not have this problem, mind to share what Skype version, OS, option/setting, webcam are you using?

There is an other poster with same symptoms. Bot on my vers 3 there is no 'start my video' as its done automatically.

Suggest you raise a ticket via help.

Even I face the same problem. I don't find the 'Start My Video' option in my skype ever since I used Skype. I have also done all the set ups as u said. Currently I use skype version 3.0.0.217. I have raised a ticket..and I am waiting to get a reply for this problem. If anybody know a solution for this problem pls let us know.

my Vimicro USB PC Camera (ZC301PLH) was Worked fine previous. Problem:
