Hi there,
Can somebody explain why the connection fee in Euro is 30% higher than the US Dollars one?
At the current exchange rate of 0.76846/0.76904 (source oanda.com):
1 Euro (EUR) = 1.30033 US Dollar (USD)
people paying in USD are getting a 0.030 Euro connection fee compared to the normal 0.039 Euro.
Does it means that paying in USD is cheaper?
Thanks,
Paolo.

yes ...
Is this difference due to VAT or Skype invented a conversion rate?

not exactly conversion rate, just a lower tariff
