The web pages for the administration/control panel seem to have all changed.

It would be nice to be given some warning.

There also seem to be bugs in it, like missing SkypeIn numbers and voicemail accounts.

Anybody seeing the same problems?

And the answer to your specific question is here:

If you are seeing a red cross next to a user's name in the Voicemail/SkypeIn column, this is probably because the service was purchased through the user's personal account. The reason for the change is because you can now manage SkypeIn numbers and voicemail accounts centrally through the control panel, meaning if someone leaves the company the SkypeIn number/Voicemail service stays with the company and can simply be reassigned to another employee. In the past this was not the case - the service belonged to the individual and was taken with them when they left the company.

Scott,

Thanks for getting back to me with that, it's really useful. I like the idea of being able to re-assign the services.

It would be nice to get some sort of head's up communication prior to the event, though.

Regards.
