FYI - I had to remove the SkyLlian plugin from Trillian to avoid mic problems and my Trillian program from freezing. Without the plugin, my Beta version seems to work fine.
To remove the plugin, since Trillian kept freezing. I uninstalled Skype 3.0, installed 2.5, started Trillian, removed the SkyLlian plugin and reinstalled Skype 3.0.

You should report it to plugin authors.

Yeah, there's definitely a conflict... a less complicated way to get Trillian back up and running after installing Skype 3.0 is to just manually remove the skyllian.dll file fro the trillian/plugins directory. You said you already contacted the plugin authors, right?
