I brought 2 ph number from skype. I have one number setup to forward to my cell phone, I want to setup the 2nd number to foward to my business ph. I use the same CC card to buy both ph numbers. How do I setup the 2nd number?

A single Skype account can only forward "all incoming calls". It has no rules to check the source of the call. You would need a unique Skype account for each SkypeIn number if you wanted to forward them to different targets.
