Full Version: Mac OS X Skype API version and CONTACTS FOCUSED

I've just started developing an application using the Skype API on Mac OS X (via Cocoa). It seems to work as advertised, except that I never receive any CONTACTS FOCUSED notifications. This is a bit of a showstopper for my particular application. I notice in the documentation that this notification only appeared in a recent version of the API - is the Mac OS X API library up-to-date? The one I'm using is from the example application downloaded from Skype only yesterday, and I can't find any others.

Any help with this will be much appreciated. Otherwise I'll just have to start looking for a workaround...

Thank you for reporting it, this seems to be a bug in the Skype API. I have added this to the internal bug tracking system.

Please notice, that if you find something which seams to be a bug, then the best way to report it would be through Jira issue tracking system. That gives us much better trackability. (currently I added it to Jira myself, but this is not the best solution - SPA-204)

Thanks for that, Mirje. I look forward to a solution. I think I've found a workaround for now. The tricky bit with reporting bugs, for a developer like me, is knowing whether I've found a bug in the software or just a bug in me :-)
