Do you mean chats or E mails. If chats go to privacy and tick -->Only people I have authorised-->save
If E mails, its nothing to do with SKYPE as SKYPE does not show your E mail address.

I believe I have the same problem. There are large group chats from Skype that keep popping up on my screen even after I have gone to the “Privacy” settings and selected “Allow chats from only people from my Contacts”. I have started blocking individuals in the chat room but I am disappointed that Skype isn't preventing these spammers from spamming me.

Try changing nd sdaving only people I authorised. Make sure its saved for both chats and calls
