is there a way to delete call & sms history? I mean not in skype client but when I log in to the website.

Unfortunately NOT from a web site. Only via SKYPE client locally on yourv PC

hi thanks but in skype client I can only delete history shown in the client. Those logs however remain on the web log.
Or do I miss some hidden option?

You can delete them there either by right clicking individually ir going via the drop down in history change from all events to SMS.
Then you can block (Shift down/up arrow) them all and delete

You are talkinmg about the history shown in the client. When you go to www.skype.com and go to your account, and "Call & SMS History" you will see all events. This -as I see - cannot be deleted from there not even with SKYPE client.

When I open SKYPE and click on History it is empty. In the KSYPE program. But on the website /my account it is not empty. It contains all events. And I cannot delete that.

I wish to beleive that I misunderstand something, but that may not be the truth.

OK I have the same issue. I can delete all history from the program on my comupter, but, when I access my account information online all of my Call History shows up including times and costs. I think it would only be fair for us to be able to clear this information off the WWW site. Thanks

Its NOT on the WWW but on SKYPES secure servers, with you having the ability to look at it, same as internet banking.

SKYPE has to keep records of transactions for basic accountancy practice, just as all other telecommunications companies do.
