Hmmm... Interesting. I hardly see this as too out-of-the-ordinary, though; people have been finding relationships over the PSTN for quite a while. Anyone remember those ol' party lines? 
I see no reason as to why this couldn't happen over voIP. It's a great way to meet people who share interests and what not.
