If I call an account I will get both video feeds. But if I am called I only get my vidoe. Does anyone know if it is in my settings?
Its in THEIR set up. options-->video-->(tick) Start My video automatically. and Enable SKYPE video-->save
on your side, just check you have set -->automatically recieve video calls from people in my contacts (or anone)

same here.
me and my friend installed version 2.6.0.103 yesterday (and new directx drivers) to fix webcam problem encountered in versions 2.5.* . As a matter of fact both cameras work just fine but only the caller can see both videos. Tha one tha recieves the call can only see him self. All the parameters described by Gladiator are set properly.
