Hi,

Have been using 1.3.0.37 beta in Kubuntu Dapper for some time now (installed using dpkg) but noticed official release of 1.3.0.53 was available for download today.

I uninstalled 1.3.0.37 with 'sudo dpkg --remove skype' and then added the Skype APT repository to my /etc/apt/sources.list, ran 'sudo apt-get update' and 'sudo apt-get install skype' but it installed the older 1.2.0.18-2 version!

I know I can download the new 1.3.0.53 .deb package and install it manually but seeing as this is an official release I'd really like to install it using apt-get so I can pick up updates as and when they become available.

When will 1.3.0.53 make it into the repositories?

Hi Ryan. I notice the latest release version is still not in the repository. Can you give any idea of timeframe for when this will become available in the normal apt repository?
