I cannot use money for the account (them at me more than 40 $). I have written the letter in billing support, but have not received any answer! Moreover - my vouchers are blocked, and accounts of my friends to which I gave vouchers and my groups - too are blocked. I have lost many money! My username is richdadkz

I´ve the same problem here with my account (Euro 5,44):

"You are currently restricted from purchasing services or redeeming vouchers. Please contact Customer Support to review your account status."

Could someone of the Skype Stuff solve this misundertanding and unblock my account???

I have a similar question and I got this answer:

If you account is blocked you need to open a Support Request from
http://support.skype.com/?_a=tickets&_m=submit

Be aware that it takes a long time to solve any problem with Skype, you must
be extra patiente but in the end they solve their problems.
(my problems is not solved yet, I am still strugling).

Same here! My account iggy_ray is blocked, no answer from the Support, if there is such thing here.
Some of the credit should expire if the calls are not made, even if skype unfreezes the accounts my credit will be lost!

My business group members with blocked accounts are:

payskype12

I used fully legitimate means of payment: my personal CC, my personal verified PayPal and MoneyBookers accounts.

So what's the story? And where is the customer support???
