Full Version: I can't add a new contact since upgrading

Since I have upgraded my Skype account I can't add a new contact. When I go to the pull down menu the add a contact is not highlighted. I've look and become very frustrated trying to reach any one at skype.

Any suggestions?

if you don't get an answer in the forum, try going to this link:http://support.skype.com/ search for the fault or log a error and skype staff will contact you with the solution.

Which Skype Version? What is your OS (Windows if so which?)
Id this a regular Skype contact or a SkypeOut contact?

Which Skype Version? Mac OS X 2.0.0.2

What is your OS (Windows if so which?) Mac OS X; I'm using the beta version with video capability

Id this a regular Skype contact or a SkypeOut contact? It's a SkypeOut contact - I'm calling a land line in the US and I'm currently in amsterdam
