Is there an issue tracking system for skype where I could check status of this bug?

Hello!

I just tried CLEAR CALLHISTORY with latest Skype and it doesn't work
("CLEAR CALLHISTORY missing target argument", CLEAR CALLHISTORY ALL - nothing,
CLEAR CALLHISTORY username - also nothing). Messages which seem confirm the problem:

Do developers know about this? Or perhaps there is another API command?

Thanks for the revival, this bug is in queue for development (since end of July). I will let you know when this is going to be fixed.

Yes there is an area for outstanding Bugs, please check the Jira area, if you feel you have found a bug and don't see it on Jira, please add it in Jira:

You may also want to double check that in fact the command is not working using another utility, such as Skypetracer, just to make sure it is not a code bug:
