Is there any way to move or disable the little inset video of myself so it's not blocking 1/4 of the incoming video? I can't seem to find an option anywhere. Apparently there is such an option in the Windows version, so I'm told...

No, afaik.
You can only enable/disable complete video sending, not only your local control video little window.

Btw why not to enlarge video window's size for having it to block then only 1/8 or even less ?
