Hello Scorpion, and welcome to the wonderful Skype system..
I don't really understand the purpose for changing your 'sound source', but if your main intention is to get Skype to call an international number, certainly that can be done. Let me tell you how I use that process for my own use.. I have a good friend now in south Texas.. He has a cell phone that he opened while he lived in Maryland.. I have SkypeIn number in Maryland for everybody there that I know to use.. My Texas friend calls my Maryland SkypeIn number for free, which then gets sent to my computer in western Canada for free, and if I am not at home, the call is automatically forwarded to my cell phone here in Victoria.. That is also free for me most of the time.. If I choose to, I could have forwarded that call to anywhere in North America for free... If you are trying to get a call to somewhere else in the world, you will pay the appropriate Skype rate to get it there.. But it certainly will be cheaper than anyone else... Of course the forwarded number must be selected in advance. You can select from a list of optional forwarded numbers instantly.. Keep in mind that the current rate structure for North America may change in 2007..
What do you think?? Will that help you??
Best regards, John Gregory
