Hello!

I am a new skype user, especially interessted in skypeout. My first call to Australia (not mobile) was not understandable. The person in Australia could understand me well, but I can't understand here, only from time to time a little.
Ok I tried to fugure out whats the problem and I switched off my firewall (the firewall has port 443 and of cource port 80 open). My second call to Australia had the same problem, only the other way around. I could understand the Person from Australia very well, but she don't understand me, or only very litte.

Hmmm, but I have no idea how this is related to the firewall??
In the advanced options I have port 47659 for incoming connections (but not open at the firewall) and also checked to use port 80 and port 443 as alternatives.

Any suggestions?

Please report call quality problems through http://www.skype.com/help_bugreport.html . Include as much detail as possible - Skype name, calling time, number called, how it worked.
