I have been trying to figure out how to schedule autodialing with skype for a research project I am conducting. I have gotten nowhere. Does anyone have a suggestion? I essentially have a phone list of which each number needs to be called 10 times a day (acting as an alarm) randomly throughout the day ideally.

You could use the API or the Skype4Com lib using many different languages, even JavaScript if needed.
