Just got into Skype in anger in terms of making calls to landlines and I've found the time logging feature a useful tool. What would be even more useful would be to cluster users into groups e.g. all numbers associated with one client that you are billing on an hourly support rate and to be able export a log of the calls at the end of the month then, of course translate that into your invoicing to the client.

I'll second that idea!

I can bill my clients for my time when on long discussions, and the time is listed in the history. All I need now is some quick way of exporting the history to XML or CSV or even plain text.

If you log in to your account at Skype.com, you can export all your SkypeOut call history to a CSV file. Click on "Calls & SMS history", then click on "Export to file" at the bottom of the page.

Spud, thanks, I'll try that and I am sure my Excel skills are sufficient to cluster the calls.
