Greetings Skypers

I've been working on a robot based on the wonderful Skype API.
The robot is supposed to call a client, ask if they received our fax and if they did, they should hang up, if not, after 10 seconds the robot establishes a conference between the client and the support dept.

The only problem i can't seem to be able to solve is the actual "asking" part.
Is there a way to play a short recorded message (wav, mp3, doesn't matter) once the call has been started?
Could anyone be kind enough to help me?

Thanks in advance,
Cristian

p.s. skype.png rulez!

The functionality you are asking for will be available in the next (2.6) version of the Skype API. It will be possible to play .wav files during a call and save call voice and mic streams to file. For more information check CALL INPUT

that would be awesome!

However, i checked the dev notes on 2.5 dev notes beta
and that functionality didn't make it to the list

· Associate location with IP address

I know it's just a beta release...but is it possible to have been left out? worried.png
