please i have an urgent question :
can we use the skype logo (as this one :

) on our product, to inform the custumers that our producted is "skype enabled" (or any other label skype would agree with) even if we are not certified ?
(because our cetrification is impossible as our hardware+software rely on skype API + skype software installed)
and this link : https://developer.skype.com/Certification
says certification for that kind of product is impossible.

From Skype's API Terms of use:

QUOTE

3.1 The only allowed references to Skype and Skype Software in connection with Your Application are the following expressions:

* works with Skype Software
* built for Skype Software
* uses Skype Software
* enabled for Skype Software
* designed for Skype Software
* for Skype Software
* supports Skype Software

3.2 You acknowledge that The Application must prominently display the following statement in the help text or about text, in the Acknowledgements in the documentation associated with Your Application and the packaging and other promotional material:

‘This product uses the Skype API but is not endorsed or certified by Skype’
The foregoing will not apply provided the Application has been certified according to Skype’s Certification Program.

3.3 The Application can only use icons from Skype’s archive of application icons.

Just a precision : Acception this terms (the complete license with the registration) grants the right to distribute our application (that uses the API) ? there is no license fees ?
