Am I right with the following two points:

- I have to deliver and register the skype4com.dll with my application.
- The skype4com.dll is an inproc-server that just wraps the window message based communication.

Is there any way running skype as background server without its own gui? I'd like my application to receive some chat messages without the skype chat window poping up.
