Skype 2.6 works badly together with Pamela Pro 2.5.0.24.
It's works allso badly together with Skypemate 3.0.1.29

What exactly do you mean by "works badly"?

Does Skype and/or Pamela and/or Skypemate run at all?
Do they crash/freeze/hang?
Any special action causing any special behaviour?

Thank you for answering me. When I use Pamela together with Skype.2.6 At once the the pamela and Skype crash, and I have to restart Skype. It is something with the new Audio in the new Skype I think. When somebody try to give a message, I can see I have got a message in Pamela, but when I try to listen on it, no sound is to be heared. If I try to make a record of incomming contacts, I got a message in Pamela that no audio container was found, and after that everything crash, and I have to restart. The Skypemate works well now. I think it was Pamela together with Skype which made the trouble. The videocamera now works very good. Pamela 2.5 Proffesional and Skype 2.5.0.130 works well together.

Thanks for your feedback. Indeed it looks like Pam needs to be updated for full 2.6 API compatibility. I will forward it to the Pamela developers.

The issue you describe is a problem with the Norwegian translation in Pamela 2.5.0.24. That results in an error "No audio container was found".

To fix this, contact Stig or edit line 790 (issue is with the variable in that line).

We have been running Pamela with Skype 2.6 for quite a while and it works fine.
