when i call OPEN USRERINFO with the handle of a skypeout contact (handle is the phone number), nothing happens.
is this a problem in the API or do i have to call OPEN USRERINFO with something else?

Hi there,

Thanks for reporting that bug. Yes in 2.5.0.130 command OPEN USERINFO for SkypeOut contacts doesn't open form with their info.

This is now in queue for development and I will let you now here when it will be fixed and released.
