Well , skype beta with alsa support has been released , but it has a lot of bugs including destination stop hearing us , locking all pc for 2 seconds when receiving a call, cpu 100%.
Well , i decided to get back to 1.2.0.18 even whith no alsa support. But after read a few docs on alsa lists , i decided to make a try with 1.2.0.18 + aoss and for my surprise it is working great. At least until the 1.3 final version be released , this make 1.2.0.18 much better than 1.3.

To help people make this work , these are the steps i did.

i just upgraded to alsa-lib and alsa-tools , to 1.0.10 , i am using kernel 2.6.17.

You do not need asound.conf or ~/.asound since alsa >= 1.0.10 do dmix by default.

so i run aoss skype and it works like a charm
