It seems to me, that the Skype API only becomes available for use once a user has Signed In to Skype. However, in the program that I am writing, I would like it so that if the user is not Signed In, the Skype "Sign In" window automatically appears.

Is it possible to do this? I am using the Skype4COM API on Delphi 7.

Look at the body onLoad statement in this example, yes I know it is HTML, but it can be applied to a compiled binaries as well.
