Could you say what you mean by "automatically" maybe some kind of example would help, thanks.

For Automatically I mean to not display, each time that I start the program, the mask that ask me "Allow to Inviasms.exe to use skype???"

I want via script to allow my program to use skype, and the user don't see the mask....

Now we have a better idea about what the "automatically" means for you, my answer is negative.

You cannot avoid or work around that mask, this is for the protection of each Skype user.
