Hi,
I have the latest version of Linux Skype running on my Ubuntu 6.06 box. All I need is a phone to get calling! Can anyone recommend a USB skype phone that will work with Ubuntu. I have heard murmors that Voipvoice cyberphones work but haven't heard any details?
Any help much appreciated.

I require a USB phone and not a headset as these will be used as workstations.

My recommendation for someone like you is that you move to an open protocol network (SIP) and use one of the myriad ATA devices on the market such as the Linksys PAP2.
Get service from openwengo or gizmoproject.com and you will never have to have your computer on in order to do your calling. With your ATA device, you simply use any of your existing phones.
