Not sure what you mean, programming in general, or Skype specific?

i mean in skype since i want to develop a video conferencing software using skype..if you have something like that could you please give me the code so i can make one too.gonna use it for referrence.

Currently there is no API interface for Video conferencing in the Skype API.

As I said there currently is no API interface for video Conferencing, the Skype4COM interface has online documentation located here:
