After a few minutes of conversation, no sound comes from mic - other party does not hear me, while I continue hearing sound made by other party. If I put that call on hold and dial skype testing service, I have positive results - whatever I said is played back to me. Restarting the call allows a few more conversation minutes.

OS: Ubuntu 6.06 , current.
Skype version: 1.3.0.30_API via, .deb
Sound system: alsa,
Sound device: Bluetooth Jabra 20B headset via btsco

Hello Konrads. A number of us have the same problem. I had started a thread here: http://forum.skype.com/viewtopic.php?t=57685 It appears that the issue is with Skype and ALSA. When you change ALSA to OSS in Skype, the mic works with no problems. (Tools>Options>Sound Devices).
