Looking for consultant(s) or developer(s) who can work on a project to set up a simple customer service center using Skype:
I have a number of people who answer clients' calls from Skype (PC-2-PC Skype calls). I need to trace Skype ids that each customer representative talked with and durations.
I would like a simple Skype plug-in with the following functions:
1) When a user calls a rep, the plug-in can automatically display whether the caller is a registered user and his membership fee balance.
2) If the membership fee is positive, a rep can talk with him/her. Then the caller's id and the duration of talking can be sent to a central server and written into a database.
3) Each rep can check his/her calling records. The admin of these reps can look at the id/duration record of each rep.
4) Every registered client can also look at his talking records with the reps
