Ok, my control panel seems ok & my payment was recieved and approved & shows a balance of 10GBP which I managed to move to the one group I set up, but even tho I tried several times to top it off, it won't transfer to the one use accout (me!), and if I try to transfer a specific amount I get a message stating "an amount exceeding that amount already exists in this account" but the account was showing as $1.42 (now zero, since I made a call today) & I am not buying more time if what I bought won't get credited to the proper account for use.

I already submitted 3 emails to support with no reponse in nealy a week.
Please tell me wht to do next. ES
