regardless of status I'll put in user interface, API always sends USERSTATUS OFFLINE

While checking the user status notifications, you may want to check and make sure the connection status are working as documented, as well.

yes, when I'll send GET USERSTATUS to Skype, I'm getting correct status, but Skype reports invalid status through "spontaneous" messages
