I added one person to my contact list and somehow figured out how to add the contact to a different group and delete the main group. I then reinstalled linux and skype and now I don't see my contact and when I try to add the contact it says it is already in my list. However the only group showing up in my list is ungrouped buddies.

I can't find any controls or answers to how these contact lists and groups work anywhere. Does anyone know how to do this?
