Skype work correct, I use ALSA and is installed alsa-oss.
Permission on /dev/dsp is crw-rw-rw.
All work but if I become a call the program don't' ring.

If you chose a device besides the default /dev/dsp to output, it will not ring on that device, at least in my experience. It's a bug being worked on for 1.3 I believe.
