The 1.0.0.12 lists the following change:
QUOTE
CONNSTATUS OFFLINE notification when the user selects File>LogOff from the UI

It is a USERSTATUS OFFLINE that is actually being sent.
I think USERSTATUS LOGGEDOFF would be more accurate.
