I created a business group so that I could buy credits for anothere user. I paid 100 eu but the credits did not show up. Then I tried allocating it 50 eu to me and 50 eu to the other person. Still no credits show.
WHat is the problem? It is so frustrating to have no tech support.

Depending your payment option it can take a while before your credits are added to the group. Bank Transfers can take 10-14 working days.

If this isn ot the case, please go here http://support.skype.com/?_a=tickets&_m=submit and submit a ticket with full details to the Billing and Payment department, Skype needs the details to look into your problem. Note that a reply can take a minimum of 4 working days.
