Several months ago I downloaded your active “call-me” logo, which I placed on our web site and in our Email signatures. This is a great idea and has generated leads for us from people who are basically to lazy to type out an Email.

What, if possible, we would like to see is; many times a prospective customer may click on your logo out of curiousness to see what will happen and, from what we understand, not much takes place. Could Skype channel these non-Skype users to your web site, so that they could download Skype and communicate with us?

Also, it would be appreciated if Skype made available different styles and colors of logos to match users web sites.

The "Skype Me" logos are now at http://www.skype.com/share/skypeme.html . Various colors are available so you should be able to find one that suits you.
