I created a group for the business, my boss need me to count how long each user in this group makes calls for one day.
Any software have this function?

Hi, I'm also interested in this function, does skype have an ETA when this might be available? Also, I noticed that you can see a call history for the day on each users computer, do they have a function of exporting that information? Thanks,

Does 3.0 beta msi offer more options with that regard? For example, could we force the location of the history file to be on a network drive, and disable the possibility to turn off the audit trail from the menu? This is critical for enterpise use.

I agree - this is an absolutely critical feature for business users.. Any idea of an ETA?

The only way I can view my users history is to log into www.skype.com as them and view their history that way.

If you google for 'Skype Exporter' - you will find a possible solution to this problem.. Piece of software that each user can 'export' data from.

It requires a .NET download (free), a small application download and exports via XML or CSV. It is slightly problematic, taking an extensive amount of time to collate data - and collating data from the beginning of a history list (ie, unless the user deletes his/her history list every time they export - the info is repeated). The users have to do this individually, on their own PCs.. It is not a perfect solution, but in a business scenario any call logging is absolutely essential, and I am prepared to ignore the shortfalls of the application.. Hopefully, Skype will provide us with a better solution asap.
