Hi, I'm having the same problem with 2 different versions of SuSe (9.1 and OPENSUSE) on two different computers.
If I boot up ,logon to Skype,make a call (skypeout to land line), then end it,, my next call fails to dial properly, and If I try closing Skype and start it again, the logon fails. Only a reboot allows me to start over again.
It appears that something (a port?) is hung up, and failing to release after the first call has completed.

Anyone with any ideas?

EDIT: Nevermind, I see that there is an issue with Skype and Linux
