Best feature of MSN Messenger is whiteboard. It's amazing how often you need to illustrate an idea. Many of use Wacom pens.

We love Skype, but we are having to use MSN Messenger for whiteboard and Skype for voice which is OK but messy.

Hold your horses... Skype has about 1 million things to do right now... Whiteboard can´t be a priority... First they need maybe webcam and standalone hardware skype-o-phone. This to compete with regular sip-hardware phones.
